At CoolStuff we aim to offer a safe, easy and fun way to shop online. For example, we have a 90-day return policy on all purchases. CoolStuff is responsible for all matters concerning returns, faulty products and warranty issues. Please read the complete terms & conditions below.


If you wish to return your order you can return it to us within 90 days from delivery. Contact our customer support via service@coolstuff.com if you wish to return your order or parts of it.

Returns are normally processed within 14 days. When our warehouse has processed the return, your money will be returned using the same payment method as you chose when ordering.

It is allowed to return most products if the packaging has been opened to test or look at the product. But please note that certain products cannot be returned if they have been opened. Products that belong to this category are as follows:

Food, make-up, wigs, contact lenses, stockings, plants, batteries and hygiene products.

You can pay your purchase with either Visa or MasterCard. We take security very seriously and all orders are encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

Please note that orders from outside the EU may result in customs handling fees and taxes. Unfortunately as these fees vary from country to country, we cannot give you an estimate on what they will be.

We recommend you to contact your local customs office before placing an order.

Warranty & Faulty Items

All our products have a 2 year warranty, furthermore we guarantee that all products you receive from us are new and in mint condition.

If you receive a faulty item, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support via service@coolstuff.com before returning the product. Often we can find a solution directly. This also applies if you have any questions in regards to the warranty of the product you have purchased. No extra shipping charges will be applied if we replace a faulty item. If for some reason we do not succed in finding a solution that satisfies you, you have the possibiliy to give a complaint via the EU commisions new online complaints portal (NB: This only applies if you are an EU citizen)
